The automatic anti-white function and pre-stored ICC curves for common materials ensure accurate color matching between press and substrate. By integrating a self-developed variable data system, our equipment enables multiple anti-counterfeiting processes with ease. High-precision technologies such as micro-text and variable data printing ensure that each label carries a unique identity. In combination with special ink applications, the codes can be verified visually or with dedicated devices, greatly enhancing security and making counterfeiting extremely difficult.    

The equipment features a dual-servo tension control system, ensuring precise overprint control and stable paper tension, preventing overprint deviations caused by tension fluctuations. Overprint marks are monitored in real time during the printing process. For multi-color overprint products, a uniform transmission speed is maintained between each color group to ensure precise overlay of the four-color CMYK dots, avoiding ghosting and misalignment, and improving image quality.  

The equipment utilizes digital printing technology to precisely control the position and size of ink drops based on material adaptation, thereby accurately controlling the three core parameters of temperature, pressure, and speed. This enables fast, accurate, and stable hot stamping, improving production efficiency and product quality.     Perfectly achieve high-end hot stamping effects with clear patterns, rich gloss, and strong adhesion.

The equipment features an integrated paper feed system with corona treatment, dust removal, and static elimination. Corona treatment improves ink adhesion, and UV inkjet technology rapidly cures the ink at industrial levels to minimize ink migration. It also utilizes the world's most advanced high-speed, high-precision, on-demand piezoelectric printheads to achieve high-quality images.
